The Technical hardships

  We thought building SafalPrep would be easy. Use AI . Generate mock tests . Help students prepare better. Simple. But it didn’t turn out that way. Mocks were slow. Some questions were wrong. Some didn’t match the real exam level at all. And that’s when it hit us In test prep, almost right is not okay. If a student trusts your platform, you can’t afford to give them even one wrong question . So right now, we’re just doing the work. Fixing the system. Improving accuracy. Testing again and again. Quietly. We’re focusing only on UPSC , NEET And JEE Not trying to do everything just trying to do this right. But we’re building it step by step, not rushing it. This is much harder than we thought. But we’re still here. Still building.

The First Realisation

  This didn’t start as a startup. It started with frustration. Me and my co-founder kept asking the same question: Why does preparation feel so confusing, even when we are working hard? We saw the same problem everywhere. People were studying more, saving notes, making plans… but still not moving forward. And honestly, we were also stuck in the same situation. Different people, same thinking. We both believed one thing: Preparation should not feel confusing. It should feel clear and simple, with proper action. So instead of complaining, we decided to build something. Not just another platform. Not another place full of too many study materials. We built something we actually needed. Today, we are launching SafalPrep. A platform that helps you remove confusion and tells you what to do next.
